David Truong

David Truong is currently a Trustee at California Pharmacists. David has also previously worked as a Director of Global Regulatory Affairs at Teva Pharmaceuticals from August 2019 to November 2019. From September 2017 to September 2019, they were an Associate Director of Global Regulatory Affairs at Teva Pharmaceuticals. Prior to that, they were a Senior Manager of Global Regulatory Affairs at Teva Pharmaceuticals from July 2015 to September 2017. David Truong has also worked as a Senior Manager Regulatory Affairs at Auspex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from March 2014 to July 2015. From June 2011 to March 2014, they worked as a Manager of Regulatory Affairs at Santarus, Inc. Additionally, they have also worked as a Global Regulatory Affairs CMC Specialist at Allergan from June 2009 to May 2011. Furthermore, David Truong has also worked as a Senior Post Doctoral Fellow at Allergan from July 2007 to June 2009. Prior to that, they worked as a Pharmacist at CVS/Pharmacy from May 2004 to March 2014.

David Truong was first educated at the University of California, Los Angeles where they obtained their BS in Neuroscience. David then furthered their education at the University of Southern California and obtained their Pharm.D in Pharmacy and Regulatory Science. To further their professional development, David Truong also obtained certification from the Regulatory Affairs Certification Program in RAPS Member.
