CALIFORNIA PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSOCIATION
Heather Cigas-Mazur, PT, DPT, NCS, is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of California, San Francisco since December 2023. In addition, Heather holds the position of Vice Chair and District Elected Delegate for the Redwood Empire District of the California Physical Therapy Association. Previous roles include Travel Physical Therapist at Kaiser San Francisco, Neurologic Physical Therapy Resident at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center, and Doctor of Physical Therapy at Providence Saint Joseph. Heather has a strong foundation in neurologic rehabilitation, having treated a wide range of neurologic diagnoses during residency and in clinical practice. Education credentials include a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Loyola University Chicago.
