Brad Gramlich

Brad Gramlich is the current Chief Operating Officer at California Pizza Kitchen. Brad has over fifteen years of experience in the construction industry, including five years as a construction manager. Brad has managed projects for Shawmut Design and Construction, overseeing the construction of high-end restaurants. In their role as Chief Operating Officer, Brad is responsible for overseeing all aspects of California Pizza Kitchen’s operations, from product development to supply chain management. Brad is a strong leader with a track record of successful project delivery.

Brad Gramlich attended Edison High School and completed courses in sanitation at Orange Coast College.
