Chuong Nguyen

Chuong Nguyen has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at California Pizza Kitchen since August 2021. Prior roles include General Manager at Urban Ramen and Manager at Mendocino Farms Sandwich Market. Earlier positions include Sous Chef at McCormick & Schmick's and Saddle Ranch Chop House, as well as Restaurant Manager at Who Song and Larry. Notably, at both McCormick & Schmick's and Saddle Ranch, responsibilities included upholding food standards and managing operational efficiency. Chuong Nguyen started culinary training as a Sous Chef at Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar and holds an education from Orange Coast College, completed in 2003.
