James Leung

James Leung has extensive experience in supply chain management, procurement, and purchasing. James is currently working as the Sr. Director of Supply Chain at California Pizza Kitchen. Prior to that, they held the position of Procurement Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill. James also served as the Director of Procurement at California Pizza Kitchen and as a Managing Partner at Good Eats Hospitality, LLC.

Earlier in their career, James held high-level positions such as Exec. Director of Purchasing at The Johnny Rockets Group, Inc, Director of Supply Chain and Purchasing at It's A Grind Coffee House, and Director of Purchasing at Robeks. James gained experience in purchasing and managing inventory while working as a Purchasing Manager at Universal Studios Hollywood and as a Senior Buyer at LA Food.

Before moving into supply chain and procurement roles, James worked as an Account Executive at Sysco, where they managed over sixty retail food establishment accounts and collaborated with restaurateurs to develop new products.

James Leung earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where they studied from 1993 to 1997.
