Sarah Hoover is a skilled data analyst with extensive experience in data evaluation and analysis across various sectors. Currently serving as a Data Analyst at California Policy Lab since October 2022, Sarah previously held the position of Global Data Analyst at Bloomberg LP and Policy Analyst at APPRISE, where analytical support was provided for program evaluations. Education includes a Master’s degree in Information and Data Science from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics from Hamilton College. Additional academic experience includes conducting research at the University of Washington Bothell and participating in a Junior Fellowship with the Joint Program in Survey Methodology.
