Cindy Keltner earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Health and Safety Studies from California State University-Sacramento, where they studied from 1976 to 1981. In 2011, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from Purdue University, where they studied until 2012.
