Ginger Smith

Ginger Smith has an extensive work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Ginger began their career in 1988, serving in the United States Air Force as SSgt until 1995. Afterward, they joined Golden Valley Health Centers in 1995 as Chief Site Administrator and remained in that role until 2011. In 2012, Ginger Smith transitioned to the California Primary Care Association, where they held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Health Center Operations, Vice President of Member Relations, and Chief Operating Officer. Ginger is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer since September 2022.

Ginger Smith completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Management at Saint Mary's College of California in 2003. Ginger then pursued a CLI Graduate program in Clinic Leadership Institute at the University of California, San Francisco from 2008 to 2009.
