Kokaale Amissah-Aidoo has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Legal Assistant Intern at the Mississippi Innocence Project. In 2013, they became a Paralegal at Altshuler Berzon until 2015. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Grassroots Onsite Work Coordinator at GlobeMed. In 2015, they joined Hesperian Health Guides as an Executive Assistant and later became the Manager of Marketing and Communications from 2016 to 2018. In 2019, they joined Youth For Understanding USA as a Program Volunteer and also became part of the California Primary Care Association, initially as an Associate Director of Education and Training until 2020, then as an Assistant Director of Education and Training until 2022. Currently, they are the Deputy Director of Events and Continuing Education at the California Primary Care Association.
