Alex Jawharjian, PharmD, MPH, MBA, FACHE has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Alex initially served as a Clinical Pharmacist at the University of California, Los Angeles, where they were involved in providing state-of-the-art patient care and supporting innovative research. Later, they worked as a Pharmacy Supervisor at the Ventura County Health Care Agency, where they focused on providing access to healthcare for underserved populations. Alex also held the position of Director of Pharmacy at Barlow Respiratory Hospital, specializing in ventilator weaning and respiratory care. Moreover, they served as an Adjunct Professor Clinical Pharmacy at the USC School of Pharmacy, actively involved in advancing the field of pharmacy education and research. Additionally, Alex had an executive role as an ACOTE Member at AOTA, contributing to the accreditation of occupational therapy education. Alex also served on the Executive Board of the Armenian American Medical Society, organizing events and providing continuing education to healthcare practitioners.
