Alexander Wood

Alexander Wood is a highly experienced geologist currently serving as a Staff Geologist at California Resources Corporation since September 2022. Previous roles include Technical Advisor at SoCalGas, where responsibilities included managing underground gas storage well data and providing technical support through customized reporting systems. Alexander has an extensive history with California Resources Corporation, holding various positions from 2014 to 2021, including Geoscience Specialist Staff and Geoscience Technician, where skills in subsurface structural interpretation, database management, and data analytics were developed. Additional experience includes working as an Enumerator for the U.S. Census Bureau and roles in customer service and sales.
