Angela Asch (She/Her)

Angela Asch, MA, currently serves as Principal Research Manager at the California School Boards Association since March 2022, previously holding the position of Education Policy Analyst. Prior to this, Angela was a Project Manager at the Dairy Council of California, focusing on nutrition curricula and educational resources. Angela's career includes roles as Community Education Specialist II and I in the UC-CalFresh Healthy Living Program, and a Program Representative at the University of California Cooperative Extension. Earlier experience includes serving as Lead Service Merchandiser at Hines Wholesale Plant Nurseries and co-owning URBAN TAILS LLC, a licensed pet sitting and dog walking service. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Child Development and Bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from California State University-Sacramento, as well as an Associate's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Sacramento City College.
