Lindsay Bonnetta

Lindsay Bonnetta has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Lindsay has been the Director of Human Resources at the California School Boards Association since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at the same organization from September 2017 to July 2020. From January 2013 to August 2017, they held the position of Human Resources Generalist at the California School Boards Association.

In addition to their experience in the education sector, Lindsay also worked as an Adjunct Faculty Academic Support at the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law from August 2017 to December 2018. Lindsay has an extensive background in human resources administration, having worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Bell Media, Inc. from May 2003 to March 2011.

Prior to that, Lindsay held various positions such as Human Resources Clerk at Bentall Kennedy from September 2009 to March 2010, Freelance Administrator at Interstaffing from May 2006 to January 2007, and Human Resources Recruiter and Staff Housing Coordinator at the Westin Resort & Spa Whistler from September 2005 to December 2005.

Lindsay Bonnetta, SHRM-SCP, has a strong educational background in employment law and human resources management. Lindsay obtained their Master of Science in Law, with a focus on Employment Law, from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law, from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management & Development from Colorado State University Global, spanning from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained additional certifications, including the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in December 2018 and an Alternative Dispute Resolution-Mediation certification from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law.
