Qian Wang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in machine learning and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer in Machine Learning at U.S. Bank, Qian leads a team in developing a GenAI Platform and designing an internal smart search engine utilizing LLM, LangChain, and ChromeDB. In addition to this role, Qian is an Adjunct Professor of Project Management at California Science and Technology University, where expertise in PMI methodology and Agile is leveraged to educate students. Prior positions include Senior Software Engineer roles at Robinhood and Amazon, where Qian contributed to Explainable AI models and personalized search functionalities, respectively.
