Kristin Vaughn

Kristin Vaughn has a diverse background in human resources and operations. Kristin is currently working as the Human Resources Director at California Sleep Solutions, LLC since March 2020. Prior to this, they had a self-employed venture where they served as an HR Recruiter, Payroll Manager, and Content Developer from August 2019 to March 2020. From September 2015 to August 2019, they held the position of Director of Operations at Aspire Beyond Marketing Solutions, Inc. Kristin also has experience as an Assistant Manager at Entreprenuer Global Solutions, Inc. from June 2015 to September 2015, and as a Corporate Trainer at EG Solutions, Inc. from September 2014 to June 2015.

Kristin Vaughn has a Master's degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University Irvine. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Sacramento State College of Business Administration. Their education journey began with an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in General Studies from Sacramento City College. Additionally, they hold a LifeGuard certification from YMCA of the USA, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
