William King

William King, PhD, currently serves as a Forensic Psychologist at the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice since March 2022. Additionally, William holds multiple adjunct faculty positions at various institutions, including Trident Technical College, University of the Cumberlands, University of West Florida, California Southern University, and Carolina University, where instruction focuses on human growth and development. Prior to the current role, William worked as a VOCA Clinician at the South Carolina Department of Mental Health, providing support to crime victims and collaborating with local police. Earlier experience includes roles as a Mobile Crisis Team member and Clinical Counselor at the Ernest E Kennedy Center. Academic credentials include a PhD in Forensic Psychology from Walden University and various other degrees and certificates in related fields.
