Addae Jahdai-Brown

Addae Jahdai-Brown currently serves as the Director of Residential Living and Learning at California State University-Dominguez Hills since May 2022. Previously, Addae held the position of Assistant Director for University Apartments at the University of California, Los Angeles from July 2013 to May 2022, and worked as an Area Manager at the Georgia Institute of Technology from August 2008 to July 2013. Addae's earlier experience includes roles as a Resident Director at UCLA (2005-2008) and Complex Director at Buffalo State College (2003-2005). Initial professional development began with multiple internships and assistantships at Stony Brook University, where Addae contributed to community service and student affairs from June 2001 to June 2003. Educationally, Addae earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Stony Brook University in 2003 and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution in 2001, following a transfer from Kingsborough Community College where studies focused on Liberal Arts and Sciences.
