Carlos Franco

Carlos Franco is an experienced educator and advisor with a strong background in student services and career development. Currently serving as a BUAD 300 Instructor at California State University, Fullerton, Carlos develops engaging curricula focused on career skills and facilitates interactive learning experiences. Recognized with the CBE Staff Leadership Award during the 2022/23 academic year, Carlos also acts as a Graduate Senior Advisor, supporting Graduate Business students and leading initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the College of Business and Economics. Previous roles include providing college success coaching, managing graduate programs at CSU Long Beach, and advising students at various educational institutions. Carlos holds a Master of Arts in Social and Cultural Analysis of Education from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
