Rommel Hidalgo

Rommel Hidalgo earned his master’s degree in management information systems at Cal State Fullerton in 2000. In 2016, he served as the first chief information officer at the University of Guam. In 2019, he returned to CSUF to serve as associate vice president of information technology/innovation, where he has held broad operational responsibilities for IT services and activities, including Infrastructure Services, involvement in university/enterprise projects, participation in long- and short-term IT Strategic Planning, and involvement in special projects of high importance to the campus.
