Amy Wax

Amy Wax is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in psychology, currently serving as an Associate Professor of Psychology at California State University, Long Beach since May 2015. Prior to this role, Amy held various positions at the Georgia Institute of Technology, including Social Psychology Instructor and Graduate Research Assistant, focusing on psychometric analysis and survey development. Amy's academic journey also includes significant teaching and research roles at the University of Central Florida and Occidental College, as well as valuable internships and research assistantships that contributed to expertise in social network analyses and industrial/organizational psychology. Amy earned a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology and holds a Master of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Occidental College.
