Sarah Novak is an accomplished academic in the field of psychology, currently serving as an Associate Professor at Hofstra University since September 2007, having previously held the position of Assistant Professor. Prior to joining Hofstra, Sarah Novak was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Rudd Center for Food Policy & Obesity at Yale University from July 2005 to July 2007. Sarah Novak earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University, where studies were completed from 2001 to 2005, and holds a Bachelor's degree in the Plan II Honors Program and Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin, obtained from 1996 to 2001.
