Noah Asher Golden

Noah Asher Golden serves as an Associate Professor of Secondary Education at California State University, Long Beach since August 2019, following a tenure as an Assistant Professor of Integrated Educational Studies at Chapman University from August 2014 to May 2019. Prior to this, Noah worked in various educational roles including Literacy Coach at Pathways to Graduation from September 2010 to July 2014, Instructor in the Adolescent Literacy program at Hunter College, and Staff Developer at Satellite Academy High School. Noah's early career includes positions as a Literacy Educator at Arturo Schomburg Satellite Academy and Teacher at Wright Brothers School. Academically, Noah holds a Ph.D. in Urban Education from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, and multiple degrees in English Education, Philosophy, and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and Tufts University.
