Steven Kronauer

Steven Kronauer serves as the Conductor and Voice Coach for the Young Men's Ensemble at the Los Angeles Children's Chorus since August 2008, focusing on educating young men during the critical phase of voice change. Additionally, Steven has been a faculty member specializing in Voice and German Diction at California State University, Long Beach since 2005. Operating a private voice studio, Singingsteven's Studio, since 2000, Steven has trained successful students who perform globally across various styles, including opera and Broadway. Experience includes singing with the Los Angeles Metropolitan Opera from 2001 to 2011 and serving as the Interim Head of the Voice Department at the University of California, Santa Barbara from 2005 to 2008, where Steven led fundraising efforts and taught voice lessons. Educational qualifications comprise a DMA in Operatic and Choral Conducting from UCLA and two master's degrees in voice and conducting from the University of Michigan.
