La Mikia Castillo

La Mikia Castillo is the Founder and Principal of Castillo Consulting Partners, a community-based consulting firm focused on empowering diverse leaders for systemic change, operational since 2017. In conjunction with this role, Castillo serves as a Principal Consultant at Jennifer Brown Consulting and as an Adjunct Professor at both California State University-Los Angeles and the University of Southern California. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Policy and Master of Urban Planning from the University of Southern California, along with dual Bachelor's degrees in Ethnic Studies and Urban Studies & Planning from UC San Diego. Additional credentials from the University of Southern California include certificates in Public Management and Political Management, as well as participation in the Ross Minority Program in Real Estate.
