Iliana de Larkin

Iliana De Larkin, PhD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communication, education, and inclusive leadership. Currently serving as the Training and Awareness Manager for Information Security at Live Nation Entertainment and as a Professional Development Educator and Lecturer at California State University, Northridge, Iliana is dedicated to inspiring and empowering learners. Previous roles include Inclusive Leadership Consultant at UNC Executive Development, Creator, Producer, and Host of “The Career Adjunct” podcast, and DEI&B Facilitator and Consultant with Dynamic Insight Partners. Iliana has also held positions as a Senior Lecturer at Loyola Marymount University and a Facilitator for the TRIO Upward Bound Program. Educational credentials include a PhD in Intercultural Communication from The University of New Mexico, a Master’s in Multicultural Communication from DePaul University, and a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies and African American Studies from Loyola Marymount University.
