Nikki Chairez

Nikki Chairez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in university relations and advancement operations. Currently serving as the Director of University Relations & Advancement Operations at California State University, Northridge since January 2022, Nikki emphasizes inclusion and social justice within a diverse campus community. Prior roles include Executive Assistant to the Vice President of University Advancement at California State University Channel Islands, Project Manager at VISIONALITY partners, and Project Manager at Goodwill Industries of Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties, where management and program development were key responsibilities. With earlier experience at the Oxnard Chamber of Commerce as Director of Member Services and a background in marketing coordination, Nikki combines strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills. Nikki holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from California State University of Channel Islands and is a graduate of the Ventura County Leadership Academy.
