Tatiana Ortega Mfa

Tatiana Ortega MFA has extensive experience in higher education and academic advising, currently serving as a Degree Planning Specialist at California State University, Northridge since December 2012, where Tatiana leads the Justice, Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion (JEDI) Strategic Initiative. Prior experience includes roles as a Domestic Admissions Advisor and Admissions Analyst at The Art Institute of Hollywood, where Tatiana successfully recruited over 1,000 students and collaborated with various departments to support student services. Tatiana's background also includes tutoring for ABC Learn, Inc., where Tatiana developed curricula for K-12 students and prepared them for standardized exams, as well as a position as a Graphic Content Assistant at Nova Development, Inc. Tatiana holds an MFA in Creative Writing from the California Institute of the Arts and multiple Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Writing from Loyola Marymount University.
