Terrance Knighten

Terrance Knighten, M.Ed, currently serves as the Director of Events and Facilities for CSUN Athletics at California State University, Northridge, overseeing daily facility operations and supervising game management for 19 NCAA Division-I sports. In addition, Knighten acts as the Athletics Emergency Response Coordinator and manages multiple capital projects aimed at enhancing athletic facilities. Knighten's experience includes roles as University Liaison at The University Corporation at CSUN and Event Manager for Contemporary Services Corporation, where responsibilities involved event coordination at venues like BMO Stadium and the Galen Center, as well as managing large-scale events with capacities exceeding 23,000 attendees. Knighten's background also encompasses community engagement with the Las Vegas Raiders and higher education event planning at the Association for the Study of Higher Education, supported by a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
