Anna Zelenz, PhD, currently serves as a Part-Time Faculty member at California State University-Sacramento, teaching courses in the Division of Criminal Justice while supporting students academically and personally. Previously, Anna worked as a Senior Strategic Advisor for the California Professional Firefighters, providing executive briefings and analyzing fire service-related issues. Anna also held multiple roles at Disney Streaming, including Chief of Staff for both Product and Engineering, where responsibilities included organizational planning and team mergers. As Executive Director of the Friends of Pioneers Foundation, Anna focused on fundraising and support for Pioneers Baccalaureate School in Palestine. Early experience includes work as a Facilitator at the Monroe Correctional Complex, various teaching and administrative roles at Pioneers Baccalaureate School, and contributions as a literary analyst for Tikkun Daily Blog. Anna holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Washington and a BA in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Chicago.
