Dr. Rita Gallardo Good

Dr. Rita Gallardo Good currently serves as the Vice President of Partnerships and Policy Engagement at the Campaign for College Opportunity since July 2024. Prior to this role, Dr. Gallardo Good held various leadership positions at California State University-Sacramento, including Senior Associate Vice President and Director of Civic Affairs, where responsibilities included strategic direction for public affairs, community relations, and local government partnerships. Dr. Gallardo Good also served as Assistant Director at CalSTRS, Division Chief for Stakeholder Relations at CalPERS, Legislative Consultant at the California State Senate, and held multiple roles in city administrations, starting as Administrative Analyst in South Gate. Dr. Gallardo Good holds an EdD in Educational Leadership, along with several degrees and certifications in Public Administration and Human Resources Management.
