R. Williams

R. "Montana" Williams is an experienced professional in the cybersecurity and operational risk management sectors, currently serving as the Lead Operational Risk Officer for Cyber & Data Resiliency at Wells Fargo since June 2019. Williams is the Founder and Managing Partner of Titan Rain Cybersecurity, LLC, and has taught cybersecurity risk management as an Adjunct Professor at both California State University, San Bernardino, and the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Previous roles include Chief Information Security Officer Consultant for Everi Holdings Inc., Independent Executive Consultant at Protiviti ECM Solutions, and significant leadership positions at the US Department of Homeland Security and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. With a robust educational background including ongoing doctoral studies in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Williams has also completed advanced military education at the USAF Air War College and the USAF Air Command and Staff College.
