Brian Breslin

Brian Breslin possesses extensive experience in education and union leadership, currently serving as Regional UniServ Staff at the California Teachers Association since September 2013. Previously, Brian held significant roles including President and Chief Negotiator at the Hart District Teachers Association from 2007 to 2013, and Chair at both the CTA Bay Valley Service Center and Santa Clarita Valley CTA UniServ during overlapping periods. Their teaching career began in 1998 at William S. Hart District, following earlier experience as a teacher and varsity basketball coach at St. John Bosco High School from 1991 to 1998. Brian holds a Master of Arts in Education from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
