Darius Clarke

Darius Clarke is a highly experienced educator and technology professional with a focus on virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and computer science. Currently serving as a High School CTE Information Computing Teacher at California Virtual Academies since November 2021, Darius also founded and manages Simignite LLC, where programming and VR development curricula are created and taught to high school students. Previous roles include serving as Assistant Director for the Serious Play Conference, Manager for the International Serious Play Awards Competition, and Metaverse-ographer for the Serious Games Association, among others. Darius has developed educational VR content and taught various computer science subjects across multiple educational institutions. Darius holds a B.A. in Psychology from UC Irvine.
