Sumer Foley

Sumer Foley has extensive experience in education and fitness, currently serving as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and CrossFit Kids Trainer at 79 South Crossfit since April 2014, while also working as an Online Health & Physical Education Teacher for California Virtual Academies since August 2013. Previously, Sumer held the position of Physical Education Teacher at San Diego Unified School District from August 2003 to July 2013, where the role included serving as department chair and teaching 6th to 8th grade PE, Health, and Sex Education. Earlier experiences include teaching Girls Physical Education at Lutheran High School of Orange County and working as a Personal Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness. Sumer holds a Master's degree in Secondary Education from Concordia University Irvine and a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Point Loma Nazarene University.
