Tom Beeman

Tom Beeman is an experienced educator with a strong background in teaching Spanish at various academic levels. Currently serving as a Spanish Instructor at California Virtual Academies since July 2011, Tom teaches Spanish I, II, IV, and AP courses while also engaging in leadership roles as an advisor for the Spanish Club and AP Club, and as a mentor teacher. In addition, Tom coordinates the Advanced Placement and dual enrollment programs, assisting students and families in their educational journey. Previous roles include Adjunct Instructor at Taft College, Tutor at Oxford Tutoring, Associate Dean at Irvine University, and Director of Academic Affairs at Hancock International College. Tom holds a Master of Arts in Linguistics from California State University, Fullerton, and various credentials and degrees in Spanish linguistics and language acquisition from esteemed institutions.
