Erin McCauley

Erin McCauley is a seasoned Civil Design Manager at California Water Service Company since January 2002, overseeing a team of 12 engineers and one supervisor responsible for designing and managing the construction of wells, treatment systems, tanks, booster pumps, and pipelines across 15 districts. In the role of Acting District Manager, Erin directed a staff of approximately 30 to provide water services to around 18,000 connections, managing significant infrastructure including raw water feed stations, a large reservoir, a treatment plant, and extensive pipeline and pump station networks. Prior experience includes serving as an Engineer, where project execution involved close coordination with various stakeholders. A former Volunteer with the Peace Corps, Erin designed and managed the construction of gravity-fed aqueducts benefiting a community of 650. Erin holds a BS/BA in Civil Engineering and Environmental Science from Rice University.
