Dominic Pardini

Dominic Pardini is the Founder & CEO of CrewLAB, a company focused on championing lifelong enjoyment and achievement in sports. Dominic also serves as the Youth Rowing Coach at California Yacht Club and as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Friends of UCLA Rowing (FOUR), providing support to the UCLA Men’s Rowing Team. Previously, Dominic worked at Accenture and Walt Disney Studios StudioLAB. Dominic's background includes experience in supply chain management, industrial engineering, and autonomous robotics. Currently enrolled in the LAUNCH Accelerator program at the University of California, Berkeley, Dominic is dedicated to entrepreneurship and innovation.
