Konstantin Hatcher

Konstantin Hatcher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community outreach, engagement, and campaign management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Community Impact at California YIMBY since July 2018, Hatcher also holds the position of Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Strategic Concepts in Organizing and Policy Education. As the Principal at Platinum Results Consulting since December 2009, Hatcher specializes in community organizing, media strategies, and promotional development. Previous roles include National Project Manager for I Am 2018, Associate Director of Talent Acquisition for Hillary for America, and Managing Director of Outreach for Educators 4 Excellence. Hatcher has a strong background in developing metrics-driven programs to engage diverse constituencies and has significantly contributed to Democratic campaign successes. Hatcher holds a BA in Political Science and History from Boston University and two MBA degrees in Marketing and International Business from California Lutheran University.
