Simon Maby

Simon Maby has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2012. In 2012, they were an Android Developer Intern at the University of Limerick. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Big Data Architect & Data Scientist and a Machine Learning Intern at OCTO Technology. In 2016, they became the Head of Data Science at Powerspace. In 2017, they co-founded Hewago and acted as CTO. In 2019, they were the Head of Data at Frichti and also worked as an independent consultant. In 2020, they were a Founder in Residence at Entrepreneur First (PA5). Currently, they are the Head of Data at Califrais.

Simon Maby obtained a Diplome d'ingénieur in Informatique et gestion from Polytech Montpellier between 2010 and 2013. Prior to that, they attended Avignon Université from 2008 to 2010 and obtained a Préparation aux concours des grandes écoles (MP). In 2014, they obtained a Hadoop 2.0 Administrator certification from Hortonworks.
