Eugenia González Rodríguez

Eugenia González Rodríguez has a strong background in people operations and project management. Eugenia is currently serving as the Head of People Ops at Calii since June 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Kinedu from 2015 to 2020, where they held the position of Director of Science and Special Projects. Eugenia was responsible for overseeing scientific initiatives and managing special projects. Before joining Kinedu, Eugenia led the launch of the Aceleradora de Innovación para la Primera Infancia, an accelerator for early childhood programs in Mexico, from August 2015 to September 2017. This initiative was a partnership between the Universidad Regiomontana and the Center on the Developing Child at Harvard University. Additionally, Eugenia was involved in the initial development and growth of Kinedu as the Lead Dynamo from November 2012 to August 2014. In this role, they contributed to the creation of the ed tech start-up and played a vital role in content creation, analytics, and marketing efforts.

Eugenia González Rodríguez pursued their Master of Education (Ed.M.) degree in Mind, Brain, and Education at Harvard Graduate School of Education from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Stanford University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained their BAS (Bachelor of Arts and Sciences). Eugenia'smajor field of study at Stanford was Earth Systems and Psychology.
