Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at Çalık Enerji is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of energy projects from inception to completion. This team ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the company’s high standards of quality and sustainability. Members include the Deputy Proposal Manager (civil), who focuses on the initial project proposals and civil engineering aspects; the Project Control Lead, who monitors project progress and controls budgets; and the Project and Proposal Coordinator, who facilitates communication and coordination among various stakeholders.
