Logan Bishop

Logan Bishop is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Director of Corporate Finance at Calisen since May 2018, Logan's responsibilities encompass group strategy, capital markets, and M&A activities. Prior to this, Logan held the position of Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank, focusing on UK M&A advisory and deal execution between June 2013 and May 2018, where notable achievements include leading the defense of GKN against a hostile takeover. Earlier experience includes roles as an Analyst in M&A advisory and as a Summer Analyst specializing in energy sector M&A at UBS Investment Bank, as well as a consultancy position at Synergine Group Limited supporting strategic presentations. Logan holds an MEng in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
