Paul Kilkelly is an accomplished data architecture and strategy expert with extensive experience in the information architecture domain, particularly with ServiceNow. Prior roles include Principal Solution Consulting Architect at DXC Technology, Information Architect at TESM, and Consulting Information Architect at JP Morgan, where expertise in IT service management and ServiceNow frameworks was developed. Paul has also held significant positions at Barclays, Credit Suisse, and BT, where responsibilities spanned technology strategy, operational effectiveness, and IT transformation. Paul holds a BSc in Physics from The University of Manchester.
