Mark Norton

Mark Norton has been working in the retail industry since 2007. Mark began their career at Orchard Supply Hardware as a Store Manager and was promoted to Director Store Development in 2014. In 2019, they joined The Parent Company as a Project Manager and also began working at Caliva as a Project Manager. In their current role as Director Store Development at Orchard Supply Hardware, they are responsible for leading the company in remodeling current stores and opening new stores, managing a team of 8 and a $200 million annual budget, and overseeing all aspects of remodeling and new store development.
