Catherine Tan, SCP, has been serving as a Talent and Culture Business Partner at Calix since September 2015, following roles as an Associate Talent & Culture Business Partner and Sr. Talent and Culture Coordinator, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, employee experience enhancement, and project management of Talent & Culture initiatives. Catherine's expertise encompasses partnering with leadership on recruitment strategies, onboarding processes, and performance management, as well as cultivating organizational culture through employee relations and communication plans. Prior to Calix, Catherine held positions as an Internal PA & Executive Assistant at Syniverse and as a Technical Writer at Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., contributing to project management and documentation efforts. Catherine holds a Master of Arts in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from South-Central University for Nationalities and a Bachelor of Arts in English and American Literature from Wuhan University.
