Diana Klein is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transforming business processes and service delivery. Currently serving as the Senior Director of the Calix Center of Excellence since August 2011, Diana leads a high-performing team to foster a nurturing work environment while innovating to enhance operational efficiency. Previously, Diana held the position of Director of Calix Services, focusing on creating and implementing best practices and developing a skilled workforce. Prior to joining Calix, Diana was a Business Development Manager and Program Manager at ADC from January 2003 to August 2011. Diana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from Winona State University, earned between 1986 and 1992.
