Hope Ruiz

Hope Ruiz serves as the Director of Partner Enablement at Calix, a role assumed in April 2022. Prior experience includes leading Go-To-Market and Sales Enablement at Spiceworks Ziff Davis, and co-founding UBU Strategy, which offers psychological services in Pensacola. Ruiz has held various director positions focused on sales and partner enablement at AppRiver, Nintex Promapp®, and SailPoint, contributing to sales team growth and training. An extensive tenure at IBM involved multiple roles centered on sales enablement and product marketing. Hope Ruiz holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from The University of Dallas.
