Kendrick James

Kendrick James is an accomplished management professional with extensive experience in sales operations and customer relations, currently serving as Manager of Renewals at Calix since September 2022. In this role, Kendrick leads a renewals team focused on building relationships with global customers and optimizing strategies to achieve business goals. Prior to Calix, Kendrick spent over 14 years at C Spire in various leadership roles, including Manager of Government Wireless Operations, where responsibilities included sales operations for state and local government accounts, and Market Manager, which involved managing high-performing sales teams and driving customer success. Kendrick holds a Master of Business Administration from Kaplan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi.
