Nancy Fazioli

Nancy Fazioli is a seasoned professional in investor relations and communications, currently serving as VP of Investor Relations and Communications at IronNet Cybersecurity since June 2021. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, Nancy has been a member of NIRI Silicon Valley since 2005 and has held significant positions at organizations such as NYSE, where Nancy was Regional Head for the West Coast, and Symantec, where Nancy served as Director of Investor Relations. Other notable roles include Vice President of Investor Relations at DataStax and Fusion-io, and Director of Investor Relations at VERISIGN. Additionally, Nancy contributed as Board Member, Audit Chair, and former CFO for the Los Altos Educational Foundation. Nancy holds a Bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and a Master’s degree from Northwestern University.
