Zachariah Jacob

Zachariah Jacob is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational culture. Currently serving as Senior Director of Talent and Culture at Calix since August 2021, Zachariah previously held the role of Associate Director-HR at Skoruz Technologies, where responsibilities included leading global HR initiatives. Prior to that, Zachariah worked as Principal Consultant at Humanora, focusing on HR consulting. A significant part of Zachariah's career was spent at Cadence Design Systems as Sr. HR Manager & Business Partner, where leadership over HR for the Bangalore site was a key responsibility. Earlier roles include HR Manager & Business Partner at Satyam Computer Services Ltd, Sr Manager - Human Resource, Resource Manager at HCL Perot Systems, and Sr Exec - HR at Duet Technologies. Zachariah’s educational background includes a degree from Andhra University, completed between 1991 and 1994.
